1. Delete the PointsKash app from your device. (This will not affect your PointsKash account or your funds in PointsKash) 2. Download the latest version of the PointsKash app from the Google Play Store or App Store. Once you have downloaded the latest version of the app, you should be able to complete the Identity Verification process. 3. If KYC is already completed, you will need to contact our team at appsupport@pointskash.com
